Images not showing on storefront

Solution:
- Ensure you've added the Variant Gallery block to your product page template
- Verify that you've assigned images to the variant in the app
- Check that the Theme App Extension is enabled in your theme editor
- Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
Products not syncing from Shopify

Solution:
- Click "Sync from Shopify" in the app navigation
- Note: Only products with 2+ variants are shown
- Use the search feature to import specific products
- Check that the app has the required permissions (read_products, write_products)
Drag and drop not working

Solution:
- Ensure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear your browser cache
Changes not saving

Solution:
- Ensure you click "Save All Changes" at the bottom of the page
- Check for any error messages in the browser console
- Verify your internet connection is stable
- Try logging out and back in to the app

How do I assign images to variants?

Inside the app dashboard, select a product. You can then drag and drop existing product images directly into the designated variant sections.
Can I have descriptions for each variant?

Yes! You can set a global description that displays for all variants, and individual unique descriptions that change when a customer selects a specific variant.
How do product updates sync?
+
Updates happen automatically. We use Shopify webhooks to fetch any newly created variants or updated product details in real time.
Can I customize the colors?

Yes, block colors, typography, and spacing can be adjusted directly in the Shopify Theme Editor under the block settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only request the minimum required permissions (read_products, write_products). We do not collect customer or order data. Your store's data is transferred via secure APIs and deleted within 48 hours if you uninstall the app.
